The 2nd place I don't eat - Tin Star

It's disappointing that this was one of my favorite places to eat, but after I nearly cracked a tooth on a rock in my food I vowed never to return.  I showed the rock to the manager and told him it was in my food, his response... "Ok".  If he would have tried to make it right, maybe by comp'ing my meal, I would have probably returned.  I still have that rock with the receipt.  It was the Frisco location, for what it's worth.
